Enjoy a luxury tour of Pearse Lyons Distillery with whiskey and/or gin cocktails on arrival. Guests are brought through the history of the site and the historic Liberties before they are brought inside the former St. James Church, which now distils Pearse Irish Whiskey. Visitors will enjoy a sensory experience as they are brought through each step of the distilling process.

Upon this experience guests learn how to create modern cocktails with traditional Irish Whiskey. Light refreshments such as a cheese board and nibbles will be served to accompany cocktails.
